The Independence monument of Phnom Penh of Cambodia is located closed on conjunction of  Sihanouk and Norodom boulevard and it was built after the whole country of Cambodia got fully independence from French colonialism, November 09 1953. But the plan have started to construct was 1958 under the King Norodom Sihanouk period.
